A Meg Cabot Two-Fer

The Boy Next Door (Book 1 in the “Boy” Series)

It was the right book for right now. Happy. Goofy. Entertaining.

I’ve previously read the second book in this series. A lot of the same characters returned. I think I would have enjoyed the second one more had I read this one first.

It’s a series of emails btw our H + h plus their friends, family and co-workers. Really silly. You’re not going to bond with anyone here bc there is a veil cast by the format. But it’s such a spunky little book. Read it when you want to be frivolous.

Every Boy’s Got One (Book 3 in the “Boy” Series)

An adorable comedic journal about 2 very very different people falling in love. It wasn’t realistic. It wasn’t believable. I’m still not sure how they went from enemies to lovers. But it was zany. I’m glad I read it.
